Spiritual Director & Coach | Companion in Life Transitions | Focused on Meaning, Wholeness & Inner Growth | Grounded in Pastoral Care & SpiritualityAfter decades in an established career, I’ve come to realize: retirement isn’t just a finish line — it’s a powerful beginning and an invitation to something deeper.Retiring from an established career, I discovered that transition is less about endings and more about deep inner shifts. This invited me, these past six years, into a process of letting go, reflection, study and spiritual growth. It has surfaced new questions, unexamined emotions, and at times, the quiet wondering: “Is this it?”Consequently, I have pursued two master’s degrees in Pastoral Care and Spirituality, both of which deepened my understanding that we are not just human beings seeking spiritual experiences — we are spiritual beings navigating a human experience — often seeking connection with Mystery, yet struggling to create space for it in our busy lives.
