As Senior Director of RIT Certified, I support the advancement of the organization’s strategic vision by leading key initiatives that define our brand, customer experience, and learner engagement. I lead efforts that integrate strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our initiatives empower learners and industry partners while driving measurable impact.I am directly responsible for key areas that drive innovation and impact, including:• Brand & Creative Leadership: Elevating our brand identity through captivating marketing collateral, digital assets, and innovative storytelling that resonate with learners and stakeholders.• UI/UX Excellence: Designing intuitive and seamless interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring that every user interaction is engaging, efficient, and enjoyable.• Customer Experience Strategy: Redefining user journeys and lead-to-conversion strategies to inspire, engage, and build lasting connections with learners.• Strategy, Advanced Solutions & AI: Integrating forward-thinking technology, including AI-driven insights, to enhance efficiency, address evolving needs, and tailor solutions that meet customers where they are.• Multi-Media Production: Delivering impactful videos, motion graphics, and 3D content that transform communication into immersive, emotionally engaging experiences.In this role, I balance strategic collaboration with tactical execution, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation while delivering measurable results.
