I’m a self-leadership practitioner, coach, and long-time people leader with more than two decades of experience supporting individuals and teams through growth, challenge, and change.Across my career, I’ve led teams of varying sizes and navigated the realities many professionals face today, competing priorities, constant demands, organisational change, complex stakeholders, and the mental load that comes with holding responsibility at work and at home. Through this, I came to understand that sustainable leadership is not built through doing more, but through self-leadership, inner awareness, and the ability to lead yourself first.My work is shaped by lived experience. Earlier in my career, I reached a point of exhaustion from overworking, over-giving, and trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. What I once thought was a confidence issue was, in truth, a lack of congruence. I had lost connection with myself. Rebuilding that inner relationship changed how I led, how I made decisions, and how I showed up.For the past four years, alongside senior leadership roles, I’ve coached individuals through a professional coaching network and hold ICF accreditation. I now work primarily with capable, high-functioning women in leadership who are outwardly successful, yet quietly disconnected from themselves. My work supports women to strengthen self-leadership, inner authority, and congruence, so they can lead and live without performance, pressure, or self-abandonment.I take a values-led approach to leadership and coaching, grounded in integrity, fairness, equity, and genuine human connection. I’m known for creating reflective, psychologically safe spaces where women feel seen and supported, while also being trusted to find their own clarity and authority.At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:when a woman leads herself first, everything changes.If my perspective resonates, I’m open to thoughtful conversations and genuine connection around leadership, self-leadership, and the inner work of leading well.
