   As the Internal Communications Partner for EFG, I report directly to the Chief of Staff of People and Culture and primarily focus on creating clear, concise and engaging communications. In this role, I am instrumental in the origination and/or editing of communications that will be delivered internally to educate or introduce content, processes, or other pertinent details to all employees. I also lead the recognition programs that not only celebrate those employees hitting milestones in their years of service, but also peer-nominated awards. And finally, I create a Bi-Weekly Wind-Down blog whose sole purpose is to give employees the opportunity to grow closer and feel more connected to one another through transparent information, celebration of company wins, and an inside look into all the fun we are having as a company, while we build worlds beyond gameplay.
