The Installed Base (IB) Sales Manager is the primary point of contact for territory TomoTherapy and Cyberknife customers who:The Installed Base (IB) Sales Manager is the primary point of contact for territory TomoTherapy and Cyberknife customers who:• Is responsible for meeting region sales and service quota• Maintains and oversees execution of all territory customers’ service and purchase agreements and any other customer contracts.• Stays up to date and well informed with TomoTherapy and Cyberknife technologies, along with communicating features and benefits to new and existing customers• Identifies and provides all necessary support relative to the sale of upgrades and trade in systems such as customer presentations and product demonstrations during the sales cycle resulting in closed deals• Collaborates with service, marketing, training, installation / project management on all pre and post installation planning and or pilot programs in the region to insure customer satisfaction as well as product optimization• Keeps current on territory customer’s market, demographics and reimbursement information and relaying this information to customers adding value and to be seen as an advisor• Continued customer education with regard to new capabilities and upgrades that improve customer experience and clinical capabilities to uncover new opportunities• Builds funnel and maintains CRM (customer relationship management system), identifying leads, future new system opportunities within install base, trade-in/trade-up and upgrade opportunities.• Formulated the optimal customer service and upgrade strategy and effectively presented service options in to maximize margin and revenue for Accuray.• Reports to the VP, National Installed Base Sales
