About Theresa Paul

I have been an Avon Independent Sales Representative since 1994. I started when my children were young because I needed to earn extra income, yet I also needed to stay home with them. This worked very well for me for several years. I eventually took a job in the schools to help pay for their Catholilc School Education. After a few years of this I decided that I didn\'t like working for someone else and set a goal to increase my Avon business enough to be able to quit the school job. I reached this goal and quit that job 2 years earler than planned. That was in 2002. By 2005 I was ranked as a Nation Top Seller and I am now working my way up the Avon ladder in the Leadership part of the business. Doing this I have realized that I really do enjoy helping others become successful in their endeavor to achieve their dreams and goals too. I have made some wonderful friends along the way, and believe that any woman CAN become as successful as she WANTS to be if she really BELIEVES that she can.Specialties: Recruiting and Training new Representatives. Fundraising with AVON (no candy or wrapping paper here!)
