About Theresa McGonagle Crider

A technologist and administrator in the higher education environment for more than 20 years, I am an experienced project manager, collaborative team leader, and enthusiastic instructor. I consult with clients in both higher education and corporate environments, working to find technological solutions to business challenges while working closely with stakeholders at all levels to assure project success.From my early work with technology training in the corporate environment (ExecuTrain Circle of Excellence awardee) through my current instruction of graduate & undergraduate students as an assistant professor, I understand the adult learner and am able to customize learning—whether face-to-face or online—so that expectations for success are realized. I am particularly effective in working with businesses to tailor learning experiences to maximize users\' time and effort.As a participant in the Ignatian Colleagues education and formation program for administrators at Jesuit Colleges and Universities, my professional development has included not only administrative, budgetary, and institutional knowledge but also informed my interpersonal skills. My approach to working with my academic and business partners is one of cura personalis, care of the person.
