ABOUT THERESA BELL

I’m a board-level operator specialising in scaling and transforming complex, multi-site service businesses.As a Main Board Director at Arcus Facilities Management, I help lead a c.£280m national facilities and technical services business employing around colleagues across the UK. My remit extends beyond a functional commercial role, with accountability spanning enterprise P&L performance, customer portfolios, growth strategy, new service development and operational transformation.I work hands-on to deliver performance and scale — improving margin and cash generation, strengthening long-term customer partnerships, integrating acquisitions, and building new growth platforms. Recent focus areas include expanding into Renewables and Energy services, digital enablement and supporting our journey toward a £1bn+ business.I have extensive experience operating in a private equity-backed environment, working closely with investors and boards on strategy, governance, performance and value creation.Alongside my executive role, I’m completing the Chartered Director programme with the Institute of Directors. I was recognised as IWFM Leader of the Year (2025) and named in the Workplace Top 50 Leaders for my contribution to sector leadership and inclusive growth.I’m motivated by building resilient businesses, strong teams and inclusive cultures that consistently outperform for customers and stakeholders.
