ABOUT THERESA BIMBELA

I am the Business Owner and CEO of TAB Professional Services, LLC, a woman owned, minority owned grants firm focused on grant writing, grant strategy, and building sustainable funding practices for mission driven organizations. My work centers on helping organizations become grant ready, strengthen proposal quality, and pursue funding aligned with long term goals rather than short term crisis response.I bring more than 25 years of experience in education, grants, and institutional support, with a background spanning higher education, workforce development, healthcare, nursing, caregiving, arts, and community based organizations. I hold a master’s degree in education from Chapman University and have written, managed, and reviewed federal, state, foundation, and workforce related grants across multiple sectors.In addition to my grants work, I serve as an Adjunct Faculty Member with Southern New Hampshire University, where I teach interdisciplinary and student success courses focused on growth mindset, cultural awareness, and effective online learning. My teaching informs my grant work by grounding it in access, equity, and real world impact.TAB Professional Services operates with a strong commitment to ethics and transparency. I do not work on commission and do not guarantee funding outcomes. Grant decisions are influenced by many factors beyond the writer’s control, including funder priorities, competition, and organizational readiness. Clients engage TAB through a partial upfront payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the agreed scope of work.At the core of my work is a belief in building capacity, honoring legacy, and supporting organizations doing meaningful work in their communities.
