ABOUT THERESA TWIGG
My name is Theresa but many call me Tess. I am outgoing, bubbly, and goal-focused. My personaily is what many find contagious. I am always laughing and smiling. I encourage challenges to be given to me on a daily, weekly, and long term basis. Being busy helps me be more productive. Some may say that I work best when I am under pressure. I work with future students in recruiting them to attend Fairmont State University. I am able to assist with scholarship opportunities, answer questions about admissions, and give you advice on programs if a student is unsure. In the past my area that I worked with covered 8 counties in WV; our Metro States of Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and DC; as well as 26 other states. My role has recently changed and I now am in charge of making sure each student coming to campus to visit gets a great experience. That what they hope to see, hear, and learn on a campus visit is achieved. I also am the Athletic Liaison and work alongside the coaches that are recruiting athletes to help their admission process be smooth. I have found my passion in Higher Education and look to continue working with students, faculty, coaches, and staff to better a students experience.
