Innovative, results-driven strategic healthcare leader, administrator, and clinician with over 20 years experience in delivery model design and quality improvement. Terri is passionate about improving value for patients. She has led many multidisciplinary teams that have produced clinical and operational improvements for managing population health, chronic diseases, and medication use. She is currently Clinical Leader for the Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Advanced program and the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus program, for which she serves on the statewide steering committee. Terri also leads the system-wide Clinical Decision Support team, which governs development and performance monitoring for EMR decision support. In addition, Terri is an accomplished speaker who has presented to multiple clinician groups nationally for TransforMED and at MGMA Patient Centered Medical Home Conferences in Chicago and Orlando on improving access to care. She was instrumental in establishing both the high risk, practice directed RN care management program and the Spectrum Health and the comprehensive SHMG Anticoagulation Clinic. Other successes include establishment of a group visit program for diabetes care and implementing a team-based care model to improve treatment outcomes for depression in primary care patients. She serves in many physician leadership roles for Spectrum Health Medical Group, a 1200 physician group.
