For most of my career, I thought I was teaching kids.Turns out I was learning how to lead change.After twenty five years in PreK to 12 education, including Title I, I learned something simple: the hardest tech problems are almost always human ones. Fear. Overload. Trust. Confidence.Now I support 53 schools and over students and staff as a Digital Support Specialist for Boise School District. I help teams adopt AI, strengthen cybersecurity habits, and roll out new systems without breaking the culture in the process.I live at the intersection of innovative education, AI, and digital safety; and I refuse to treat any of it like a black box.My approach is not stiff.
