Responsible for managing and executing Studio Programming budgets and plans for NFL Media with an operating budget totaling 40M.• Prepares and reconciles quarterly forecasts for the Finance department.• Hire, mentor and oversee select members of Production Management staff including Production Managers, Production Coordinators, Production Assistants and Summer Intern. Also, oversee a significant number of freelance and full-time Technical staff.• Collaborates with Producers, Operations, and Directors to ensure production and technical requirements are aligned with Operating budgets.• Work to establish new processes, procedures and methods that improve production systems.• Oversees the budgeting, planning and execution of remote projects throughout the year to include crewing, scheduling, equipment acquisitions and travel.• Serves as on-site Production Manager for various remote events such as the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Scouting Combine and others.• Works closely with NFL Business Manager, Human Resources, Payroll, Operations and Scheduling regarding overall NFL Media planning.• Have extensive knowledge of HD and SD technical formats involving cameras, audio and grip/lighting equipment. • Familiar with Avid, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop, File Maker Pro, ScheduAll and VizRT.
