I am an MBA student at The University of Tulsa with an interest in program management, human relations, and organizational strategy. Throughout my academic career, I have been involved in several organizations on campus, such as the Asian American Student Association (AASA), Association of International Students (AIS), and Women in Business (WIB). From my involvement with these organizations, I have grown a deep passion for contributing to organizational growth and success by working with people and helping them reach their goals. I thrive in dynamic environments where strategic thinking and proactive leadership are key.    Understand and maintain expertise with Ansys’ Salesforce order system • Maintain DRD’s Salesforce system and data • Provide accurate software quotes to existing customers • Work closely with DRD’s Account Managers to process orders with our software supplier, Ansys, and verifying invoices and delivery• Create permanent and temporary software license keys as appropriate for distribution to our prospects and customers • Record training registrations from prospects and customers, provide training materials and verify software installation of students, creation of course certificates, and other training related matters • Assist in the installation of the Ansys software and license keys to customers if necessary, via phone or Teams meetings • Record any direct customer interactions in DRD’s Salesforce for future reference
