Returning back to Transdev after 11 years I returned in May as a Safety and Training Supervisor, 2 weeks later, unexpectedly I became the Safety Manager. Joining many of my former co workers again. It was good to be back! Starting 2024, Jan compared to 2023, preventable dropped 62%, February from 2023 preventable dropped 82%, March dropped 25%. Immediately passed my first ever FTA Drug and Alcohol Audit, next came my CHP audit with another in compliance, keeping my score at 100%.
