Responsible for developing, implementing, growing, managing, and reporting all aspects of the Supplier Diversity Program. Key resource for implementing strategic sourcing standards to incorporate supplier diversity. Formalizing the process of connecting the pipeline to procurement and business teams and building a stainable diverse supplier base. Building an understanding of diversity capabilities in our current supply base, supervising performance, and measuring impact and improvement in partnership with the Sourcing Team as well as the Diversity & Inclusion team Lead engagement to educate, coach, and mentor suppliers. Coordinate reporting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities. Track ongoing program performance and provide Executive updates. Lead community engagement for supplier diversity initiatives Manage RFx initiatives for assigned categories as needed. Lead and manage special projects as needed.
