As the Product Line Manager for FIS Card Processing Systems, I am responsible for the credit card processing systems our financial institution clients use for issuing and processing of their credit card programs. I am responsible for all compliance activities on the platforms, manage a team of BA\'s who work on enhancement projects for both the platforms themselves and also for downstream applications, products, and tools that both internal and external customers use to manage various aspects of the credit card programs. In addition, as a subject matter expert on both our card processing platforms as well as FIS\'s overall credit processing capabilities, I work with many groups throughout the organization; from Sales, Accounting, Client Services, IT, and others, to ensure that product and platform solutions meet the always-changing needs of internal users, prospects, and FIS clients.
