I’m a people and communications leader who helps organizations navigate change with clarity, care, and results. My work sits at the intersection of HR, culture, and sustainability.Most recently, as a consultant at Dix & Eaton, I partnered with global and regional organizations to advance sustainability strategy, reporting, and employee engagement. I led complex, multi-stakeholder projects end to end, grounded in research, translated into clear narratives, and delivered with a strong client-service mindset.Before consulting, I spent over a decade in progressive HR roles at Learning Care Group, Cooper Standard, and Thomson Reuters. I’ve advised leaders on performance and promotion readiness, implemented enterprise HRIS and talent platforms, designed leadership and learning programs, and led culture and recognition initiatives at scale.
