I am a learning and performance leader with over ten years of experience in the nonprofit industry and a successful transition into the fintech industry. Above all, I value the alignment of organizational strategy and talent development to equip individuals and businesses to thrive. Pattie Sellers famously said, “Careers are a jungle gym, not a ladder.” My varied career in learning and development, content management, communications, and training has validated time and time again my passion for talent development. My prior role as a learning and development manager in an international humanitarian organization allowed me to evaluate and execute performance improvement, employee training, major change initiatives, and organizational development and knowledge management strategies globally in partnership with senior leadership. My current role in the HR department of a leading banking technology company allows me to partner with the business to align soft skills and technical learning to business priorities across the full employee lifecycle.
