Technology-savvy and dedicated Product Owner supporting the Agile rollout of the Sales functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM throughout all of Vanguard’s Retail Investor Group and Personal Advisor Services Group. Responsibilities include- Partnering closely with fellow Product Owners and Ernst and Young technology consultants to develop a thorough and deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics including both the user experience and developer logic- Using Agile methodology for the technology rollout, including participating in sprints and sprint reviews, sales design sessions, daily scrum meetings, LAI assessments, backlog refinement meetings, and more- Leading change management initiatives such as user rollout planning, training strategy, and communications with users and leadership across several departments- Creating, developing and maintaining Dynamics training content such as slide decks- Leading Dynamics trainings for 1,500+ Sales professionals ranging from 1 to 4 hours long, with class sizes ranging from 25 to 350 attendees and a mix of lecture style with guided practice- Building dozens of Dynamics-related production support resources using WhatFix- Designing and sustaining the Dynamics SharePoint website that houses job aids, video tutorials, and other resources to assist employees post-training- Staffing and supporting the Dynamics Sales HyperCare Teams Chats where employees in their first few weeks on the system ask questions and report issues for troubleshooting.
