I am an HR professional serving as an HR Business Partner to understand and help develop solutions that will support all parties. I LOVE human resources and the people we get to support. It brings me joy to help candidates and fellow teammates bring solutions to their workday struggles. Early on I learned that it starts with hiring the person and training or coaching the skill. It is vital for teams to consist of people that want to be there and want to do great work. I get to help people be their best every day. What more could you want?HR is a service oriented field. I want to be elbow to elbow and side by side with the people I support. People are my business and the lifeblood of an organization. If your people aren\'t taken care of then your business won\'t succeed - if the business doesn\'t succeed then you can\'t take care of your people. Being in the business conversations, from the start, allows me to help strategize and work to create company and people aligned solutions the first time. Change is constant but when you\'re intentional about the delivery and work with the people, you will find success in your change management journey.
