Aligns the global ethics and compliance program strategy with the company strategy by promoting and influencing a strong compliance culture.o Provides day-to-day compliance program oversight and administration in accordance to the laws, regulations and industry guidelines for an effective compliance program. o Serves as a lead for the affiliate and global compliance risk assessments, auditing and monitoring activities.o Works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, Information Security Officer, Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Contracts, Operations and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and potential areas of non-compliance.o Supports the leadership team in assessing compliance risks related to new services, new products or new locations.o Coordinates with stakeholders to develop and deliver annual compliance training, as well as ongoing training on compliance related topics as needed for employees, affiliates and third parties.o Plans, executes, and manages compliance investigations by engaging other subject matter experts and consulting with the ResMed Chief Compliance Officer and Legal counsel as needed. o Gatekeeper of all ethics reporting mechanisms and effectively manages investigations, maintains appropriate documentation, provides periodic updates to leadership. o Designs and implements corrective action plans on compliance investigations with the ResMed Chief Compliance Officer in conjunction with Human Resources and Operational Leaders.o Serves as the chair of the regional compliance committees ensuring stakeholder engagement, regular meetings, appropriate documentation of action items, discussion of relevant compliance activities, and escalation of key matters to the ResMed Board of Directors and other leadership committees as needed.o Serves as a subject matter expert to the ResMed Code of Conduct and provides guidance to employees on business compliance and ethics questions or concerns.
