Conducted annual salary reviews for equitable compensation and quarterly performance reviews to facilitate engineers\' professional development- Spearheaded acquisition of technical tools to facilitate the company\'s efficient operation and leverage the most advanced technologies, this included the assessment and technical scoping of procurements for a CDP, DAM, and Headless CMS and Visual CMS- Facilitated the successful restructuring of a large team with unclear direction into two teams with clear workstreams, increasing value and focus while creating a sense of collective ownership- Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to create technical roadmaps that met business objectives. Led a data sync project resulting in a ~98% decrease in sync time with a latency of <15 minutes, allowing RevOps to connect with Upmarket customers during optimal conversion timeframes. Prioritized and delivered successful rebrand launch, implementation of A/B testing in our internal web page builder, integration of a DAM system, and creation of a testing strategy to improve service reliability, decrease code review time, and detect bugs before users encountered them- Led engineering team in creating a streamlined process for declaring and responding to incidents, resulting in improved communication and collaboration with other teams and documentation to support engineering-driven work- Established a system for tracking sprint KPIs and developed a process to increase focus, reliability, and prioritize deliverables, resulting in improved metrics and enabling the MOE team to consistently meet commitments and build stakeholder confidence.
