I work with real estate investors and home sellers to maximize their profits, and I LOVE what I do!After building a referral-based real estate sales team over 23 years, I have recently assumed a consulting role with the team so I can focus more energy on interior design and real estate investment. I visited Naples in 2020 and fell in love with the beautiful beaches, the calm gulf waters, and the fantastic food scene. Just four days into my first visit, I made an offer on a home and that became my first vacation rental. Six months later, I did it again. The most fun I had during the pandemic was renovating and designing/furnishing these two homes! That experience has led me to launch an interior design business focusing on design that MAKES my clients money. These are the types of clients I serve, nationwide:1) Real estate flippers and buy and hold investors - Choosing fixtures and finishes that will maximize their sale or rent prices and minimize their time on the market. 2) Home sellers and their real estate agents - Consulting on home improvements that will provide a positive return on investment, while increasing the likelihood of a quick sale to motivated buyers.3) Vacation rental property owners and property managers - Providing complete design plans and, upon request, coordinating the setup and installation of all furnishings and housewares so vacation rental properties can be launched with maximum efficiency.
