Deesigning at scale for a $1M mobile channel that became $1B+ at The Home Depot, to the global Prime membership experience for 200M+ members at Amazon.I\'ve owned full end-to-end UX charters: setting vision, building teams, shipping 0-1 products, and scaling design systems across global platforms. My work sits at the intersection of research, commercial strategy, and systems thinking. I don\'t just design screens I build the organizational and strategic foundation that makes great design repeatable.Colleagues have described my approach as thinking in systems and processes, not just projects and deliverables. That framing feels right as some of my most impactful work has been identifying structural problems, building the case for change, and seeing it through.
