About Deandré K. Bell

DeAndré Bell II is a constitutional law scholar, political organizer, and media co-founder focused on building durable political power in marginalized communities.A graduate of Dillard University and Thurgood Marshall School of Law, he has trained in federal courts with Chief Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the Fifth Circuit, Senior Judge Kenneth Hoyt of the Southern District of Texas, and the Federal Public Defender’s Office. He brings nearly a decade of national-level advocacy experience through mock trial and moot court and has testified before the Louisiana State Legislature on public policy.He is the founder of the Liberty Party, a community development organization dedicated to civic education, economic empowerment, and leadership training, and the co-founder of Broken Pictures, LLC, a multimedia production company dedicated to authentic narrative-building through the lenses of Black artists.A 2024 White House HBCU Scholar, DeAndré is building the institutional infrastructure for a lifetime of public service.
