   For the past 20 years, I\'ve had the opportunity to work with, learn from, and support the efforts of incredible leaders in the nonprofit and public sector space. Each experience has only strengthened my belief in the power and need for thriving nonprofits and my commitment to helping them build their capacity, strengthen their sustainability and increase their impact.Starting with a role as a youth advocate at the age of 15 (thank you Ms. Bay), to sitting on my first nonprofit board at 19, and entering the nonprofit space as a professional at 22, my career and passion has been rooted in discovering, cultivating and unleashing the ability for nonprofits to change lives.I\'ve had the experience of wearing many hats and have cultivated a diverse set of skills that include web design, grant writing, program and curriculum development, fundraising, event hosting, policy advocacy and much more. Whether in a consultant or partner capacity, I’ve had the pleasure of using these skills in supporting and collaborating with hundreds of organizations across California.
