Wi-Fi technical subject matter expert that liaisons between CNIC Headquarters, Regions, Installations, Contractors and activities outside CNIC on unofficial WiFi implementation, sustainment, reporting, and problem resolution throughout the FFR Enterprise. Develop productive, collaborative relationships with outside activities, Contractors, Project Leads/Managers, CNIC Headquarters, Regions, Installations and activities.Conduct Site Surveys Create a scope of work based upon a site survey or discovery phase that will be used to determine a Bill of Materials (BOM) for ISP and Wi-Fi implementation. Conduct a detailed analysis of Contractor generated scope of work, heat maps, and BOMs for accuracy and completeness identifying excess capability or gaps to meet ISP and Wi-Fi requirements. Review Contractor generated Work Orders (WO) to ensure that all requirements and design layouts are captured from the BOM appropriately.Lead conference calls with stakeholders and contractors to review BOMs and WOs as required. Conduct Wi-Fi repairs and/or conduct Wi-Fi installs; run data cabling, terminate cables, and installAccess Points (APs), controllers, and switches. Conduct quality assurance on contractor installs to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements are met.Manage project management documentation. Review and evaluate IT project progress to identify project weaknesses and risk associated with project timelines. Inspect, analyze and evaluate project progress to identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and identify specific areas for improvement. Perform as Contracting Officer Representative on IT contracts.
