Vivexa was born from a simple but powerful dream: to humanise recruitment and deepen the connections that drive our industry forward.After years in clinical recruitment across Europe, starting as a consultant and growing through senior and global client-facing roles, I’ve seen firsthand how much recruitment is about people, not just processes. Behind every CV is a story, a journey, a hope for impact. A life changed. And behind every client need is a vision waiting for the right team to bring it to life.My experience has given me a deep understanding of the cultural and legal nuances across regions, the evolving landscape of the pharmaceutical, devices and technology, biotech and CRO world, and the complex challenges that come with hiring globally. But more importantly, it’s taught me that success in recruitment isn’t only about matching skills to roles. It’s about building trust, clarity, and shared purpose. Real, human partnerships.Through Vivexa, I’m channelling this experience into something more meaningful: creating a space where recruitment becomes personal, transparent, and transformative. Where connection comes before transaction, and where every partnership leaves both sides stronger.Fluent in several (mostly Latin-based) languages and holding multiple certifications in both language and recruitment excellence, I remain endlessly curious about people, progress, and the future of work.
