Theo has been at Sky for over 5 years, starting in NOW TV on the Customer Marketing team before moving over to Sky where he currently works on campaign marketing for Sky VIP in the Loyalty & Partnerships team. Charged by the murder of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor, he spoke up about his experience of growing up Black in Britain to the wider business and was inspired by the positive response and impact it made. Now as Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Theo continues working to make positive change and help build a diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone.
