My areas of expertise include Manufacturing Operations and Design, Engineering and Supply Chain Management.At Tesla, I am involved in 4680 Cell production ramp up along with leading SAT and Commissioning for the next generation advanced manufacturing machines. I am working on various DOEs for developing laser welding process for Lid and Current Collector to Jellyroll. I enjoy the process of decision analytics and data automation, and have achieved significant project results using these skills. I was awarded for a project I led in developing material handling process and designing related equipment, which enhanced product quality as well as both human safety and ergonomics.At India\'s largest automotive manufacturer- Mahindra Automotive, I increased the Sigma level by ‘1σ’ along with DPMO reduction for the Engine assembly line. I did this by leading a Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Scrap Reduction) and a Green belt (Leak Free Engines) project, which saved 400K INR/ year of scrap. I used the DMAIC approach and tools like SIPOC, Top-Down Analysis, RCA, SPC, Hypothesis Analysis and Regression Analysis.Apart from this, I have experience in the Design, and Research & Development sector too.
