Subject matter expert in all traditional labor matters (collective bargaining, union avoidance, NLRA issues) and initiatives designed to enhance a positive employee relations work environment. Currently lead the Labor and Employee Relations function of Fortune 500 company with over employees residing in both unionized and non-unionized environment. Negotiated as first chair over 100 collective bargaining agreements in the solid waste industry throughout the US and Puerto Rico. In addition, personally handled in excess of 50 union campaigns as in-house persuader. Architect of successful and innovative union avoidance/employee relations strategy. Prior to entering private practice, was an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, both in Washington, DC (Division of Advice) and the Indianapolis Regional Office.Specialties: Labor and employment law.
