Led an International team to qualify and start-up a new Pharmaceutical Closures Plant in Waterford, Ireland. Program manager leading a large Capital project to change the design of all Devices with luer connections to the new ISO 80369-7 Luer Standard modify injection. Activities included Process Validation, Design Verification, and Regulatory Submission for over 200 Finished Goods, without impacting Production Service levels. Global implementation of systems and procedures to ensure compliance to the GDPR/CCPA Data Privacy regulations.
