Ownership for the following key responsibilities: i) Drive, develop, communicate, and implement the engineering plan to achieve facility goals including safety, production, asset utilization, quality, and budget ii) Implement operational excellence initiatives and improvements Investigate and ensure associate, customer and supplier concerns are resolved iv) Identify key projects that address top loss in the facility to improve results and meet business demands. Manage performance review process for direct reports with a focus on leadership skill creation and growth. v) Champion company-sponsored community programs and events to associates, customers, and the local community
