Theodore previously was a leader within Oliver Wyman\'s Private Capital team focused on the AD & G sector, supporting corporate strategy teams, private equity clients and financial sponsors. Prior to joining OW, he spent close to five years at Avascent in its M&A Transaction Practice. From 20••••18, he held various engineering and product lead roles on military and commercial programs at Lockheed Martin, United Technologies (Sikorsky Aircraft), General Electric, and Ultra Electronics.Theodore specializes in emerging defense technology areas, unmanned systems and robotics, defense electronics hardware, airborne platforms, and nuclear safety solutions. He has worked extensively on transaction engagements, including buy-side & vendor due diligences and inorganic growth & investment strategies.
