Direct all quality operations, including strategic planning, across 3 plants in the US and Dominican Republic. Lead team of 60 (+) non-union salaried and hourly quality associates. Team with president/CEO on quality goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Oversee field, supplier, new product development, and operations quality companywide. Meet with quality, operations, sales, design, engineering, marketing and senior leadership to identify quality strategy and enforce quality objectives. Use Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to eliminate quality-related issues through design process and ensure manufacturability.
