Develop and service a wide variety of the most complex commercial loans and sensitive client relationships. Influence strategic direction, develop tactical plans and completes complex assignments with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions Provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs with results evaluated for achieving goals and objectives. Extensive contact with external customers with the intent to analyze their financial data, evaluate credit worthiness and make decisions at the highest lending limits. Independently handle difficult negotiations with clients, structure and price loans, assess credit on an independent basis and obtain approvals from senior leadership and the credit team. Develop and maintain a customer/prospect database of a balanced, secure and profitable loan portfolio in conformance with established policies, strategies and procedures. Prepare Spreads, Global Cash Flow analysis, CRE & C&I CCAMs (Commercial Credit Approval Memos), Term Sheets and Commitment letters with minimal oversight. Monitor existing loans to ensure compliance with terms of the loan and take corrective action on variances. Complete Annual Reviews in the Specialized Industries portfolio which consists of Healthcare, Energy and Tax Exempt credit facilities.
