My organic interest in the natural resources, construction & development industries began in 1992 while working summers for family-owned companies. My cross-functional experience ranges over 250+ projects within 7+ major capital improvement programs and 3+ private partnerships. I\'m most appreciative of the lessons learned accumulated over K-12/ charter schools, colleges & universities, public works, parks, historic preservation, airport buildings, military installations, worship centers, federal and general office buildings. The more notable assignment locations included government projects in Alabama, California, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. Additional range of duties allowed successful mission-critical building improvement projects for international locations including Germany and Japan. Software experience: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Oracle, Procore, E-Builder, AutoCad, SAP, Gordian, ArcGISThe types of first-line client involvement include capital improvement programming, procurement & contracting, integrated project delivery, construction project management, team development, project scheduling/phasing plans, cost estimating/controls, value engineering, financial risk mitigation, and close-outs.
