I currently work as a Capital Markets Associate Director in PNC\'s ESOP Advisory and Solutions Group. Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) are an amazing tool to help improve the lives of employees and owners alike. I am passionate about helping people transition their business to employee ownership and facilitating companies and employee owners getting the most out of their work!I am a Carnegie Mellon University graduate with both departmental and university honors and a B.S. in Economics and Statistics. During my time at CMU, I was a member of the Quantitative Social Science Scholars and developed a strong interest in finance and banking. I supplemented my required coursework to reflect this. I also wrote a senior honors thesis that dealt with statistical analysis of arrest data in Allegheny County.Previously, I worked in Citi\'s Portfolio Management Group my junior year as an intern in NYC before transitioning to full time work at PNC. My first year I was on the Institutional Asset Management Consultant Relations team, my second year was spent doing Real Estate Asset Management as part of PNC\'s Building Investment Trust in San Francisco, and finally I moved back to Pittsburgh and spent a year in the C & IB and AMG Corporate Strategy Group.
