ABOUT THEODORE HOSKINSON
Founder of Roots and Wings, a Palm Beach non-profit laser focused on public elementary school literacy. Our Project UpLift works with the bottom 25% of students in a class to build their confidence and literacy skills! We are currently in 15 Title One schools, working with over 1,100 students, providing 54 hours of free tutorial help after-school in small groups, taught by the certified teachers in the school who know them best! Our partnership and Memorandum of Understanding with the School District of Palm Beach County allows us to track the progress of each of our students. We are proud of our positive results, which show we are able to lift these students up to be on par with those not in our program … and promote similar numbers to 4th grade! We are changing lives!
