I am driven by a long-standing interest in how creative thinking and business strategy intersect. Throughout my academic, professional, and leadership experiences, I consistently strive to translate ideas into initiatives that bring people together and create meaningful impact. Professionally, I’ve explored innovation within large organizations through my work at BMO Financial Group, where I supported internal technology adoption, competitive research, and communications tied to enterprise-wide growth initiatives.
