ABOUT DAVID W. LEE

Double Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) and Pain Medicine. He graduated from the Chicago Medical School after obtaining degrees in Biochemistry and English. He completed his residency training at the State University of New York (SUNY), Downstate and was fellowship trained in Interventional Spine at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA) in Phoeniz, AZ. Dr. Lee specializes in non-surgical treatment of both neck and back pain through the use of various interventional, neuromodulation and minimally-invasive spine techniques. He presently holds leadership positions with AAPMR, ASPN, PSPS, Placentia Linda Hospital.Dr. Lee serves as a consultant for Mainstay Medical, Boston Scientific, Intracept, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott; and team spine consultant for USA Men’s and Women’s Volleyball.
