   I drive modernization of applications for improved ability to rapidly deploy software and significantly reduce costs. I have enabled JPMorgan Chase to increase its software release frequency from 10 releases/year to an impressive 50 releases/year, which has accelerated time-to-market capability and has been a standout achievement during my tenure. During my time at Chase, my strategy revolved around two key pillars. The first was establishing a strong foundation by modernizing applications and streamlining production support. These efforts laid the groundwork for subsequent initiatives and set the stage for our achievements. The second pillar focused on building exceptional features on top of this foundation, enabling faster time-to-market, reducing expenses, and ultimately enhancing the user experience. Our success in these areas has showcased my leadership abilities and commitment to operational and engineering excellence. I have also enhanced our production support processes by addressing and fixing underlying issues, which has lowered production support incident rate by 90%. My proactive approach empowers the development team to identify and resolve potential problems before they impact end users. This proactive stance has not only improved overall user experience but also eliminated scenarios where substantial amounts—such as $15M in Escrow payments—could get stuck. By rectifying these issues, my team and I elevated customer satisfaction and avoided payment delays. One of the significant milestones under my leadership was the introduction of AWS and the subsequent migration of all applications. This complex endeavor spanned multiple years and involved a phased approach, starting with the rebuilding of core applications and microservices.
