About Theo Balavoine
I am a second-year student-athlete at Tufts University pursuing a degree in Economics and Psychology, with minors in Finance and Business Management. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of psychology and business; understanding how behavioral insights inform strategy and decision-making, and how organizations can apply these insights to solve real-world business and financial challenges.As a member of the Varsity Rowing team, I’m driven by continuous improvement. That mindset contributed to my freshman-year boat, the 1st Varsity 8+, achieving one of the strongest seasons in Tufts history, culminating in a silver medal at the 2025 IRA National Championships.
