I meticulously set up and operate high-speed cameras and motion capture technology to record bullpen sessions, practices, scrimmages, and games, enabling advanced statistical analysis for player evaluation, decision-making, and development. In addition, I compile comprehensive video reports on opposing pitchers and develop long-term R-based research projects such as leading Stuff+ research by clustering fastball/breaker/offspeed archetypes and testing how velocity, spin, and movement shifts change effectiveness. I have gained practical experience with a variety of software and tools, including Trackman, BATS, Kinatrax, Synergy, TruMedia, and Shiny App, which enhance my ability to drive data-driven insights and support player development.
