I’m an experienced Head of Learning and L&D Senior Manager with a strong background in the IT, adult education, and medical device industries. My focus is on designing and leading innovative learning strategies that drive business performance and empower people to grow. Over the years, I’ve led the development and deployment of global learning solutions that integrate modern learning technologies, AI-powered tools, and strong instructional design principles. I combine strategic vision with practical know-how, ensuring initiatives are both scalable and impactful.
