With a workforce of more than employees, Walkaroo exports its products to several overseas markets.In my role, I manage end-to-end staffing for white-collar positions, including PAN-India sales roles across all states and business units located in Karnataka (Bangalore, Mysore), Andhra Pradesh (Nellore), Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore), Kerala (Calicut, Mallapuram), Gujarat (Vapi), Haryana (Bahadurgarh), Rajasthan (Alwar), and Tanzania (East Africa). I handle TAT management, recruitment reporting, and position closures across all levels — from fresher to mid, senior, and managerial hiring, as well as campus recruitment.I have also successfully handled international hiring for our Tanzania operations, ensuring timely acquisition of skilled talent for critical roles.In addition to recruitment, I actively contribute to employee engagement activities, including event management, celebration planning, function organizing, and employee connect programs, strengthening collaboration and workplace engagement.As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), I work closely with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals, supporting performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
