I didn’t begin with a design degree or formal training.I began with a laptop, a small-town work ethic, and the clarity that I wanted to solve problems—not just spot them.Growing up in Jamshedpur, I was raised around educators. My parents and the generations before them instilled in me the value of service, discipline, and measurable contribution. These values became my framework.My early career in sales taught me two things: how to communicate—and how poorly most products are positioned. It wasn’t just the messaging that failed—it was the design behind it. That experience led me to UI/UX: a discipline where I could translate ideas into systems, and friction into flow.During the COVID lockdown, I returned to Jamshedpur and made a strategic decision—to build. I taught myself UI/UX, developed and launched full-stack web products, and began sharing the process publicly. That visibility led to freelance clients. Then, teaching requests. That’s when I recognized my work wasn’t just about building products—it was about building people.Today, I help brands design high-performing UI/UX systems that drive clarity, conversion, and connection.When required, I integrate motion design and video to enhance product storytelling. But the focus remains: strategy, structure, and user experience.This isn’t just a career—it’s a long-term mission.My goal is to bring IT and design opportunities back to tier-2 cities, starting with Jamshedpur. Too often, talent from these regions goes unseen, simply because infrastructure and access are missing.That’s why I founded AdhayaN—a platform designed to bridge this gap. We offer design education grounded in industry application, paired with mentorship and real-world project experience. Our vision: to produce skilled professionals from underserved regions, equipped to compete globally. I call us Adhayankartas—not just creators, but contributors.
