With over 20 years of experience, I bring a people-centered and purpose-driven approach to helping both mission-driven and corporate partners achieve sustainable growth.In this role, I guide organizations in aligning strategy, culture, and structure while also designing and delivering leadership programs that equip executives, managers, and emerging leaders to lead authentically and navigate change. By building cross-sector partnerships with nonprofits, foundations, and national organizations, I expand access to leadership development and scale the impact of our work.Through this commitment, I have positioned The SISGI Group as both a trusted consulting partner and a mission-driven leader in advancing organizational development and leadership excellence.
