I am an M.Sc. Bioinformatics student at the Amrita School of Biotechnology with a strong interest in applying computational and data-driven approaches to biological and biomedical problems. My academic training focuses on bioinformatics, Python-based data analysis, and quantitative thinking for understanding complex biological systems.I am currently carrying out my Master’s dissertation at JSS Medical College, Mysore, under the supervision of Dr. M.V.S.S.T SubbaRao, where my work involves microbiome analysis combining wet-lab experimentation with sequence and data analysis. I am particularly interested in opportunities at the intersection of data, technology, and life sciences, and I am keen to grow toward roles that involve analytical problem-solving and interdisciplinary collaborations, integrating both the dry and wet - labs.
